I provide support and recovery assistance in patients with a diagnosed eating disorder, including Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder and Orthorexia; I am trained to assist clients in reaching their treatment goals in their real life situations, provide support as well as appropriate challenges and serve as a role model in my clients recovery. My training does not substitute for therapy, or care by their primary health practitioner. I provide support and recovery assistance.

Eating disorder coaches offer an important addition to traditional treatment. Coaches can deal with unique issues and circumstances that the other team members do not have the ability to perform due to time and availability constraints. Coaches accompany clients in everyday situations and provide exposure and response prevention. I provide on-call support and serve as a role model and guide in the clients recovery.

Lynn graduated from the rigorous 3000+ hr RMT program at Kootenay Columbia College. She was first introduced to massage when she learned Shiatsu in 2018. Her current approach weaves in trigger point therapy, myofascial release, joint mobilization, deep tissue, Swedish relaxation and muscle energy techniques.
